Kasia from RDI was invited to present the BEn project during the Intellingent Energy Europe (IEE) contractors meeting: "Solid Biomass for Energy: EU Policy implementation, Planning, Supply Chains and Market Intelligence".

The meeting took place on the 8-9th Dec. in the Offices of European Agency for Competitivenes and Innovation (EACI) in Brussels. The main purpose was to allow sharing experience & lessons learned in implementing bio-energy related IEE projects.

BioEnerGIS, MAKE-IT-BE, Woodheat Solutions, EUBIONET3, Enterprice Europe Network.

There is also a very interesting project running in Central Europe aiming on establishing of Biomass Trade Centers. Maybe something to think about for the North East?
