SWOT analysis of a regional situation of bio-energy market in the North East of England

SWOT analysis is a flexible concept that can be used in various scenarios: from assessing projects or business ventures, making decisions or solving problems to formulation of strategies.

In project BEn we use it to analyse a regional situation in regard to the bio-energy market in four project regions. After a process of public consulation we have just finished the final revisions to the document.
